Attorney Heather Clement Tessmer Admitted to Practice Law in All Federal District Courts in Texas
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS (December 21, 2011) Attorney Heather Clement Tessmer took the oath to be admitted into the Western and Southern Federal District Courts of Texas. The oath was administered by The Honorable Fred Biery, Chief U. S. District Court Judge. The ceremony took place at the John H. Woods Jr. Federal Courthouse in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Kimberly Keller was in attendance to sponsor Ms. Tessmer.
Admission to the state bar does not automatically entitle an attorney to practice law in the Federal Courts. To be admitted into the four Federal District Courts of Texas you must meet certain criteria and Ms. Tessmer has successfully fulfilled all requirements and can now practice in all four federal districts of Texas.

We love our location!
Tessmer Law Firm has occupied the second floor of Fair Oaks Parkway Executive Plaza, in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, for over two years. The huge glass windows on the second floor of the building allow us ample views of the Texas wildlife that thrive in the region. The location is convenient to clients and employees in San Antonio, Boerne, and the surrounding area. The City of Fair Oaks Ranch recently purchased the building, but there are no plans at this time for us to move from our offices until at least mid-2013.
